Customers who are under the age of 18 requires an adult to accompany them. The adult must sign the waiver in the customers place.
All customers are required to sign a liability waiver. Waivers will be signed at the time of check-in before your scheduled booking.
If you need to reschedule
Our booking page will allow you to reschedule your experience up to two days (48 hours) before your scheduled time. After that, there are no changes or refunds.
If you need to cancel and do not want to reschedule
In case you must cancel your experience, you may get a full refund if you cancel through our booking page up to three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled time.
Right of refusal
Encryption reserves the right to refuse the service or cancel the booking of a client at any time and without prior notice. Encryption may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate a client’s booking if the client’s conduct fails to meet an acceptable standard.
An event that may result in the refusal of service or booking cancellation can include but is not limited to: client conducts inappropriate communications with one of Encryption’s employees, agents, affiliates or partners; behaves inappropriately any other way; the client is in no fit condition to participate in the service, i.e. is under the influence of some substance.
We will make every effort to accommodate customers with disabilities. While some spaces in the experience may not be fully accessible or comfortable for all participants, all participants will be able to contribute to a team's effort to solve the room and escape within the time limit.
